A great cocktail recipe for hot summer days.
Combine 2 cups of washed, hulled, and sliced fresh ripe strawberries with 4 tablespoons of mint leaves (washed and finely chopped) and allow to macerate for at least 5 minutes.
Fill a blender with 2 cups of ice cubes. Add 1 cup tequila, 1/3 cup triple sec, the juice of a lime and the strawberry mixture. Blend on high for a few seconds. Divide between 4 margarita glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
