Cupressus lusitanica is an evergreen conifer tree grown for its tall, conical form and fine blue-green foliage. This fast-growing cypress develops dense, feathery foliage and a strong upright habit, making it suitable for shelter and screening. Small woody cones form as the tree matures, adding to its natural character. Cupressus grows best in full sun with well-drained soil and tolerates wind once established.
