By using www.awapuni.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Awapuni Nurseries will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Awapuni Nurseries has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Awapuni Nurseries will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Awapuni Nurseries for any transactions through this website.
All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
Awapuni Nurseries use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received in the timeframes outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. If the requested product is out of stock, and you have ticked the ‘Substitute product’ check box in the checkout, we will substitute the unavailable product with a similar product. If you have left the ‘Substitute product’ check box blank, a voucher code will be included with your delivery for you to redeem a free product (to the value of the item not in stock) at your next purchase via our online shop. If you prefer not to use the voucher code and get a refund please email or call the nursery with your bank account number.
We use Fastway Couriers or Peter Baker Transport or our Awapuni Nurseries Wellington truck or NZ POST (rural delivery) for delivery of goods. Please visit the Shipping & Delivery page for full costs of delivery including to rural addresses. We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand including; Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands and Stewart Island.
If you are ordering plants to a rural delivery address you must select the rural delivery option. If you have not selected the rural delivery option and the delivery address is rural, a hold will be put on your account until the rural delivery fee of $4 has been paid.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product or the length of delivery please contact us as soon as possible. We will resend the order as soon as possible.
We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential. Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
