Marjoram
Origanum majorana
Growing into a compact 40cm bush, Marjoram is a fantastic herb for cooking. It is used in Italian dishes and with oil or as a topping for bread. Can also be used to flavour rice.
- Grows into a bush to a height of 40cm
- Plant in garden or pot with compost
- Don�t over water
- Pick leaves as desired
- Trim plant after flowering to stop it becoming straggly
- Divide established plants in late summer
- Cut back plant to 6cm from soil in autumn
