Rosemary is drought and pest-resistant, which makes it an ideal ornamental plant in landscaping. It prunes easily and its beautiful blue flowers makes it an attractive topiary whether potted or in the garden. Rosemary is often used in Mediterranean style dishes, soups and pasta sauces. It is also commonly use in fish, lamb or egg dishes.
Uses:
1. Culinary - Chicken, lamb, beef, vegetables, breads, muffins, soups & stews, even teas! Just a sprig adds depth to your meals. And don't forget, it can be infused in oils, too!
2. Natural mosquito repellent
3. An alternative option for hedging
4. A great complementary plant to lavender, sage, thyme, oregano, marigolds, roses, and strawberries!
