Coriandrum sativum
Coriander grows well in sunny or semi-shade conditions. It is a great herb for Middle Eastern and Indian cooking. But don't forget to keep it moist in hot weather.
- Plant in sun or semi-shade in a deep pot or free-draining soil
- Keep moist in hot weather
- Water in the morning to allow the sun to dry the plant off during the day
- Pick it quickly to stop it going to seed
