White Dazzler Mexican orange blossom (Choisya × dewitteana ‘Londaz’ WHITE DAZZLER) is a compact evergreen perennial shrub with finely divided, aromatic dark-green foliage. Clusters of fragrant, star-shaped white flowers appear abundantly in spring, often followed by a smaller autumn display. Bees and other pollinating insects visit the flowers.
It forms a rounded shrub approximately 1–1.5 m tall and wide, making it suitable for low hedges, borders, courtyards, containers and specimen planting. Grow in full sun or partial shade in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Water regularly while establishing and during prolonged dry periods. It tolerates light frost but benefits from shelter in colder or exposed locations. Trim lightly after spring flowering to maintain its shape and encourage further blooms.
Native origin: Cultivar bred in the United Kingdom; parent species originate from Mexico and the southwestern United States — not native to New Zealand
