Stevia is a natural sweetener which is extracted from the leaves of the plant. The leaves are around 20- 30 times sweeter than regular sugar and its after taste usually trigger the bitter taste receptors on your tongue. This plant is easy to grow and does not take up too much space.
- Plant in full sun and keep plants well-watered

Pinch off the growing tips as plants grow so that they bush out

Harvest before flowering for sweet plants

Once harvested - dry stevia leaves for 12 hours in the sun

Store in a cool dry place once dried (can be stored for 12 months in an air-tight container)
