Yes, you are welcome to save up your loyalty points. However, all loyalty points earned from 1st August 2022 will expire after 12 months from date they were earned.
Loyalty points earned before 1st August 2022 will remain active until used.
If you have enough loyalty points you'll be able to purchase a product off our website, and head over to a product you would like to redeem. On the product page, there will be an option to redeem your bundle "Use my points". Your product will then be added to your cart, You'll then see the number of points used rather than the price.
The amount of loyalty points needed per product will be specified on the product page at the time of purchase. This amount may change from time to time depending on factors such as available promotions for the specific product.
No. Your loyalty points cannot count towards free delivery. If you are ordering to a standard delivery address (not rural) and would like free delivery, you will need to spend $100 or more. For more details on shipping click here. Please note rural shipping always incurs a fee.
Yes, you can choose any product that is eligible for purchase using loyalty points, providing you have enough points to make the purchase.
