Cichorium intybus var foliosum
This form of chicory is grown for its mild tasting blanched heads called chichons, which can be enjoyed either cooked or raw in salads.

Standard Nationwide Delivery - Regular dispatch schedules are Monday and Wednesdays. Orders for Rural and South Island delivery will be dispatched Monday only. Please place your order before 1pm Friday for dispatch the following Monday.
