Chinese lettuce known by a variety of different names in different countries including: wo tsai, a choy, a tsai, selada, retasu, letsugas and phak gadhom. It's great for using in stir-frys and stews.
- Grows to height of 30cm
- Plant in light, free-draining soil rich in organic matter
- Plant in part shade
- Plant 25cm apart
- Add a general fertiliser to the soil
