Mesclun Gourmet Salad
Botanical Name: Lactuca sativa, Spinacia oleracea, Eruca sativa
Delicious mixture of popular salad leaves. Contains 3 varieties, each packed separately: mixed lettuce leaves, baby spinach and rocket. Pick when young and tender!
How To Grow
Sow a few seeds in each clump, 5mm (1/4”) deep. Cover with fine layer of seed raising mix or soil, water gently. Feed with liquid fertiliser every 10-14 days. Make successive sowings. Grow in warm sheltered position and keep moist. Pick a few leaves from each plant when at least 5cm (2”) high. Varieties grow at different rates, giving a different salad mix at every cut. Seedlings emerge 10-14 days.

Important Note
These seeds are treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds. It does not affect your crops or harm insects such as bees.

Standard Nationwide Delivery - Regular dispatch schedules are Monday and Wednesdays. Orders for Rural and South Island delivery will be dispatched Monday only. Please place your order before 1pm Friday for dispatch the following Monday.
