Botanical Name: Pastinaca sativa
Parsnip Supersnip has very smooth white skin which gives it excellent taste and a smooth texture. Popular in roasts, soups and casseroles, and an excellent source of Vitamin C and Folate.

How To Grow
Drop seeds 6mm (quarter-inch) deep in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Sow thickly as germination is irregular. Thin out gradually to 10cm (4in) apart. Parsnips do best in an open sunny position. Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.
