Artichoke - Imperial
This variety of artichoke produces quality flower buds in the first year, with the benefit of being thornless. The uses for artichokes are immense, including dips, salads, risottos and even desserts.
- Plant 50-100cm apart
- Feed liquid fertiliser and water regularly
- Harvest in 20-24 weeks
- Cut young flower buds with some stem attached
- Cut buds when full developed but fleshy scales on outside are still tightly wrapped up

Standard Nationwide Delivery - Regular dispatch schedules are Monday and Wednesdays. Orders for Rural and South Island delivery will be dispatched Monday only. Please place your order before 1pm Friday for dispatch the following Monday.
