Spinach

• Plant in full sun and well-fertilised soil
• Mix in compost or a good general fertiliser
• Plant 20cm apart
• Watch out for slugs Keep plants moist and feed nitrogen fortnightly
• Pick the leaves off plant as they reach the size you desire in 5 to 8 weeks
• Stagger your planting for a constant supply

• Broccoli
• Cauliflower
• Onions

*Pick up delivery option - click & collect -If you chose pick up as your delivery method, you will receive an email that the order has been dispatched.  This means that the order is ready to pick up from our shop.  If unsure if you have selected pickup, please contact us asap.

Standard Nationwide Delivery - Regular dispatch schedules are Monday and Wednesdays. Orders for Rural and South Island delivery will be dispatched Monday only.  Please place your order before 1pm Friday for dispatch the following Monday.
