Beta vulgaris
This beetroot can be planted all year round and is suitable for bottling. It grows well next to brassicas, like broccoli and cauliflower, and in pots. The great thing about beetroot is they can be eaten at any size, just dig them up and enjoy.
- Plant in well-drained, friable (breaks apart in your hands) soil
- Keep well watered
- Harvest in around 10-12 weeks

Standard Nationwide Delivery - Regular dispatch schedules are Monday and Wednesdays. Orders for Rural and South Island delivery will be dispatched Monday only. Please place your order before 1pm Friday for dispatch the following Monday.
