Red cabbage is very hardy and great for coleslaw and pickling.
- Round head weighing about 2kg to 2.5kg
- Good hearting cabbage
- Rotate brassica (cauli, broccoli, kale etc) crops
- Add compost and lime to soil to help prevent club root
- Add a general fertiliser to the soil
- Plant 30cm apart
- Silverbeet
- Cauliflower
- Beetroot
- Pak choi
- Spring onions
