Golden beetroot is well known for their health benefits, they are an excellent kidney and body cleanser and are high in antioxidants and not to mention their great colour. This variety of beet is sweeter than your standard red beet and is the perfect addition to any dish.

- Well-worked and well-drained soil in full sun
- Cover during cooler months, they don’t like heavy frost
