Agave americana 'marginata' is a leave a forget type of houseplant. It does not need a lot of attention and thrives on a bit of sunlight and neglect. This variety is a rosette-forming succulent and can grow up to 1.8m tall and 2.4 m wide. It does flower but won't flower for a few decades after that the plant dies.
- grows to a height of 2.4m tall, leaves grow up to 1.5m long and 25cm wide
- water when the soil feels dry
- put in a sunny place
