Salad Dressing
This salad dressing works wonderfully with coleslaw but goes well with other salads too.
2 tbsp wasabi paste
2 tbsp pickled ginger
3 clove garlic
1 spring onion
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup neutral oil
Pinch salt
Simply mix it up by shaking in a jar or whizz the ingredients in a kitchen whizz. Then drizzle over your salad.
