Chilli - Jalapeno
This chilli or pepper will add a hot and zesty flavour to any dish. It produes a solid green pepper that is excellent fresh or pickled.
Here's our list of chillies in order of hottest (starting with the hottest of the hot) - Carolina Reaper, Bhut Jolokia, Habanero Red, Red Hot Pepper, Jalapeno Red Flame and Jalapeno.
- Grows to a length of 7.5cm
- Plant 40cm apart
- Plant in well-drained, sheltered and sunny spot or in pots
- Add compost and a good general fertiliser
