There's not much to planting Madam Butterfly antirrhinums, otherwise known as snapdragons.

They come in a range of colours, grow to around 75cm high and will flower in about six to eight weeks from planting. They grow nicely with wallflowers and polyanthus because they like the same sunny, well-drained, but cold conditions.
Plant the seedlings in groups - around 20-40cm apart from each other - and the plants will support each other as they grow. Limit your watering and ensure you water the base of the plants rather than the flowers to avoid the spread of diseases.
And remember to deadhead the plants to prolong their flowering.
