Feijoa ‘Antoinette’ is a compact evergreen fruiting shrub grown for its early-season fruit and manageable size. This variety produces medium-sized green fruit with a sweet, aromatic flavour, typically ripening in autumn. The plant forms a dense shrub with silver-backed leaves and may produce edible white and pink flowers in spring. Feijoa grows best in full sun with well-drained soil and benefits from some shelter from strong winds. Suitable for many New Zealand gardens, it is commonly used for home orchards, hedging and small garden plantings.
