Kohlrabi
Kohlrabi is similar to a turnip and produces a swollen stem that is best eaten when it's about 7.5cm in diameter. It has a delicate, nutty flavour and can be eaten raw in salads, used in stir-fries or used like a turnip. It is also slow to bolt.
